3: shift weight: bring weight off the feet and into the hands
4: look up!

Firefly, or tittibhasana is challenging and admittedly easier if you’re bendy because getting the knees high up the arms gives you more space to move into it. Try on a yoga mat on a flat firm surface before attempting it on a rock.
