Tittibhasana on a rock. Just because. 

1: squat. Get knees and shoulders as close to each other as possible 

2: hands down: ground down through those hands 

3: shift weight: bring weight off the feet and into the hands

4: look up! 

5: lift off! 

6: smile 😃 

Firefly, or tittibhasana is challenging and admittedly easier if you’re bendy because getting the knees high up the arms gives you more space to move into it. Try on a yoga mat on a flat firm surface before attempting it on a rock.
