I’ve been teaching Creative Sequencing for 4 years and I have soooo many tools for getting more creative in your mindful movement.  As part of this retreat, I’m teaching you WHY — from a brain-based perspective — we can use these different tools.

Basically:

  • What area of the brain gets stimulated?

  • What benefits can we see from stimulating that part of the brain? 

Because you see, having interesting transitions and novel posture variations is fun for you and your self practice, and it can keep you motivated to get on your mat each day. 

But when we can understand how the brain works and how the movements we’re making affect the brain, then we have this deeper awareness of the purpose behind our creativity, and a deeper connection to ourselves.
