If you’ve been on my Instagram, you’ve probably seen the new man in my life:

He’s cute, chaotic, and currently ruining my REM cycles 😵‍💫

To make things extra chaotic, I brought him home two days before starting my 2025 training — where I teach 11 hours per weekend.

So yeah, I’m running a full neuroscience module while half-feral from sleep deprivation and cleaning up “presents” at 3am.

Why am I telling you this?

🧠 Because chaos is a classroom:


What:

Challenges are an opportunity to rewrite the limiting stories we tell ourselves. 

Why:

When the “I can’t do this” thoughts started creeping in —

“I’m too tired.”

“I’m not prepared enough."

“I can’t possibly teach six hours of neuroscience after five nights of shitty sleep.”

— I remembered something important:

Thoughts are just patterns.

And patterns? Can always be reprogrammed.

Thanks to yoga + neurology (aka my dynamic duo), I’ve learned to:

1️⃣ Notice the thoughts without taking them as truth.

2️⃣ Remember: the brain loves drama, but that doesn't make it real. 


How:

Instead of spiraling, I decided to use this as my re-patterning challenge.

Can I show up, teach, lead, and not crumble — even tired, messy, imperfect? 

Can you, {{ subscriber.first_name }}, face that challenge (yeah...that one sitting on your mind and heart) despite it all?

If you decide every obstacle is “a sign” to quit, you’ll get really good at quitting.

If you believe every thought you think, you’ll get really good at believing every thought you think.

So here’s the reframe:

What if today’s challenge isn’t proof you can’t… but proof you’re about to find out that you can?
