Join me in for a 5-hour workshop where you will learn all of my methods for creating creative yoga flows that leave you and your students feeling strong, open, and empowered.

Workshop Will Include:

  • Warm up flow led by me

  • Introduction to the purposes of creative sequencing

  • Discussion of the methods

  • Putting each method into practice

15-20 minute BREAK

  • Discussion on effective cueing

  • Cueing techniques

  • Group exercise: practise cueing

CAPACITY: I will be taking no more than 15 participants so that I’m able to give personal attention to everyone attending.
