• Do I need any specific equipment?

    The venue is a yoga studio. Therefore mats, blocks, and other props will be provided.

    You may want to bring any refreshments you may need such as snacks and water. There are also places nearby to get a bite to eat.

    Besides that, you may want a notebook and pen, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and ready to move!

    I will email you with detailed instructions for accessing closer to the time. Please be aware that parking in this area is not easy, and public transport is highly recommended.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You may cancel for a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to the workshops. Then you will receive a 50% refund after that up until 24 hours before. If you don't show up or you cancel after 10:00 on 13th March, you will not receive a refund.

  • I am a yoga teacher. Can I count this towards my Continuing Education hours with Yoga Alliance?

    Yes! You can receive a certificate for 10 hours of Continuing Educations with Yoga Alliance.
