Module 1: lean in

Start your journey with the foundations of functional neurology and brain-based creative sequencing.

This module will help you understand your nervous system and allow you to start exploring different tools that we use throughout the training.

Module 2: dive in

Over the course of 4 weekends (October 2025), join me live every Saturday and Sunday to take a deep dive into functional neurology applied to yoga!

Each session will have a different focus (brainstem, cerebellum, vestibular system, vision, neural flossing…) and will include a led NeuroYoga class, lectures, case studies, team work and other fun activities.

You will also be given homework every week to help you integrate and enhance your learning process.

Module 3: integrate

Experience is what transforms knowledge into wisdom.

I believe that we are better teachers when we share from a place of wisdom. You will be given the opportunity to join 3 follow-up calls a few weeks after your training, to ask any questions that might have arisen from your time of practice and teaching NeuroYoga.

Those who cannot make it live to the calls will be able to share their questions beforehand and watch the recordings.
