The cheapest, easiest way to combat FATIGUE....

"Brainy What-Why-How"

Your weekly nibble of brain-based tips to help you move and feel great!

🧠

What:

Your breathing patterns could be the reason for any fatiguebrain fog, or even pain you've been dealing with.

Why:

Your brain is fuelled by two things:

  • glucose (from the food you eat! nom nom)

  • and oxygen

Simply put, if you're under breathing (i.e. short, shallow breaths)

or OVER BREATHING (this often becomes chronic with mouth-breathing)

then the chemistry of your blood isn't optimal for delivering those all-important oxygen molecules to that lovely cerebral matter 🧠 inside your beautiful skull 💀 {{ subscriber.first_name }}

And when your brain is under-fuelled it:

  • can't function optimally -- so you feel sluggish physically, mentally, and emotionally

  • feels threatened -- and thus puts your whole body in "sound the alarms!" mode that may feel to you  bllaaaahhhhh 🫩

How:

Breathe!

This ain't anything new. I know. I'm not blowing your mind.

But isn't it nice to have a reminder to:

INHALE through the nose ....slowly, deeply

and EXHALE through the nose ....slowly, fully.

And if you want to add feel-good movement to it, check out the new Gentle Breathe and Twist flow on Move With Adell.

(I also have a super cool online workshop that goes in-depth on the brain and the breath)

But seriously...next time you're feeling fatigued, check your breathing!

Just keep breathing 🐟
