So, you dream of being able to handstand in the middle of the room, but you just can't get over that dependence on the wall. You may be a wall-a-holic. 

In this group meeting, we will admit we are wall-a-holics, and commit to abstinence from the wall, by teaching our brains that we are safe without the wall!

This workshop will be so much fun and you'll feel like a kid again! And most importantly, you’ll walk away with newfound confidence and tools to keep training your brain to feel GOOD about falling.

Already confident away from the wall? Come anyway and I’ll give you tools for fun new entries into handstands, as well as tools and opportunities to work on shapes and skills like pirouettes and handstand walking.
