These drills create the perfect baseline to grow your handstand practice from, whether you're just starting out or you're already handstanding confidently!

We'll go through each drill, why it's SO FREAKING AWESOME, and how to build it into your yoga practice so you get these drills DONE and they don't sit on your to do list unfinished day after day.
