Your hips didn’t know they were craving this 🤌

"Brainy What-Why-How"

Your weekly nibble of brain-based tips to help you move and feel great!

🧠

What:

Your hips weren’t built to be stiff little squares.

They’re wild, curvy, and very into variety 🕺 — and nothing gets them humming like a bit of triplanar movement.

Why:

Triplanar movement is just a fancy way of saying: move your body like it was meant to be moved — in all planes

  • Sagittal

  • Frontal

  • Axial

Training the hips in all three planes:

  • Builds juicy, resilient joints that can handle your weirdest shapes

  • Lights up your brain-body connection (read: better control = sexier lines 💋 )

  • Helps you move like you mean it — no more sticky hips in twisty shapes

  • Keeps things spicy and balanced so one muscle doesn't hog the spotlight

How:

Basically, draw imaginary circles in the air with your butt bones 🍑 🦴

✨ Here's a quick video showing how it looks in goddess pose

Go slow. Let it simmer. Feel the full arc of motion — your hips will thank you in all three dimensions.

...and yep, these sultry little circles are part of this Gentle Flow — part of our CARTWHEELS focus!

Because nothing says “ageless” like flinging yourself sideways with joy 🤸‍♀️

They’re fun, they train your whole body and brain, and they sneakily prep you for handstands and all-around side-body brilliance.
