  1. Mobilise Your Ankles: Add ankle circles, calf stretches, and dorsiflexion drills to your daily routine. Easy, quick, satisfying.

  2. Link the Chain: Squats, lunges, balance flows: prioritise movements where ankles and hips work together. 

  3. Check Your Patterns: If your hips are grumpy, take a peek at what's happening downstairs (ahem...I'm referring to your ankles of course)
