You may be a wall-a-holic if...

You dream of being able to handstand in the middle of the room, but you just can't get over that dependence on the wall. In this group meeting, we will admit we are wall-a-holics, and commit to abstinence from the wall, by teaching our brains that we are safe without the wall!

This workshop will be so much fun and you'll feel like a kid again as we go through Adell’s 8-step programme for Wall-a-Holics.

If you’re able to handstand in the middle of the room no problem, you can still come to this workshop to learn some fun handstand variations and maybe kick your fear or something else!
