Our asana practice can be so much more than the disciplined practice of showing up to do the same old things. In fact, research shows that novelty is beneficial in so many ways -- not least because it reminds you that your body is your guru!

Even if you don't think of yourself as a creative type, in this workshop we'll explore the fundamentals of finding new ways to move that feel empowering in your body!

This workshop will include a mixture of movement and lecture and give you plenty to take home with you and into your practice.
